In the Conveyor Technology department, you will have the opportunity to work with conveyor belts and gain comprehensive knowledge in this area.
You will be able to customize these belts according to individual requirements and equip them with various features. The spectrum ranges from wave edges to cleats and other custom options that are meticulously handcrafted. Another exciting aspect is performing on-site assembly and applying the so-called endless vulcanization. This gives you the opportunity to serve international customers and participate in diverse projects.
In the Surface Technology department, our focus is on corrosion protection with rubber.
Here, you have the opportunity to protect materials from external influences, ensuring their longevity and quality. The tasks in this department are highly diverse and often involve surface preparation through grinding and sandblasting. Subsequently, individual rubber templates are created for each part, whether it's a pipe or a shovel. These templates are precisely cut and applied to the parts with a special adhesive, resulting in a protective rubber coating. Finally, vulcanization is carried out to firmly bond the rubber with the material. The finished product is now ready to reach its destination and fulfill its purpose.
