| FLEXTHANE polyurea coatings are highly reactive two-component spray-on systems that can be applied with two-component high-pressure airless spraying machines. FLEXTHANE is ideal for use in combination with suitable primers for coating steel, concrete, light metals, plastics, etc. FLEXTHANE is insensitive to moisture, cures also at very low temperatures and relatively insensitive to ambient conditions. FLEXTHANE is available in a hardness 95 Shore A (52 Shore D) and is suitable for multifunctional surface protection, e.g. component sealing, corrosion protection coatings, caking and wear protection. Coating thicknesses can be varied and the product applied in a single layer from 1.5 mm to 25 mm and more, depending on the particular application. | |
